All of these fields are indexed by the search feature in Picasa. When a Screenshot is captured on a Windows Computer with Prt Scr or Alt + Prt Scr button on Keyboard, the Screenshot is stored in Bitmap File format. The Picasa application will continue to function, however, and can still be used by those who prefer it. There will be no sound or any indication when a screenshot was taken. A Screenshot can be stored in multiple file formats like Bitmap File, JPEG File, PNG File, etc. NOTE: As of March 16, 2016, Google ceased to support Picasa and encouraged users to migrate to Google Photos.
